How to Fix Packages in Cydia not loading on iOS 7.0.4

How to Fix Packages in Cydia not loading on iOS 7.0.4 on iPhone 5

After jailbreaking iPhone 5 to iOS 7.0.4, the cydia requested to update some elements below:

1. - Cydia Substrate 
2. - Evasi0n7.x Untether
3. - New Curses
4. - Substrate Safe Mode

I have updated them all as I hope it might be better, but unfortunately when I closed the cydia and started it again, it didn't work. The message below:

- Wow, you exceeded the number of package names this APT is capable of.

- Problem with MergeList

   /var/lib/apt/lists/apt.modmyi.com_dists_stable_main_binary-iphoneos-arm_Packages

- The package lists or status file could not be parsed or opened.

When click on the Section, Changes, or Packages, everything inside disappeared.

Please tell me how to solve it.
