Undernutrition in the Land of Rice

It's not funny when Cambodia government promised to export rice more than one million tons a year after 2015 while the stubborn problem malnutrition has shown little improvement with nutrition rates increased, stunting down from 43% in 2005 to 40% in 2008 and 2010, to 32% in 2014; underweight children moved from a steady 28% from 2005 through 2010 to 23% in 2014; but, wasting (acute malnutrition) not really changed from 2010 with 11% in 2010 to 10% in 2014.
