To what extend Cambodian people have received laws, policies, regulations, and so on, in hands? Can people access through Ministries' website? The answers are Yes and No, but mostly "No". It's hard for government under the 30-year leadership of Prime Minister Hun Sen to share documents and information broadly to be transparency and accountability.
