Orbit not Working with Chrome

Help: Getit of Orbit doesn't work with Chrome because there is no plug-in. Please follow instruction below:

5: Download and install "Download Assistant" or "Youtube Downloader"
6: Go back to extensions
7: You will see download assistant
8: clip options
9: Select IDM
10: Save & close

This extension allows you to download links on a web page with your favorite downloader. Now we support:

Flooding Forced People to Abandon their Houses

CAMBODIA: Kratie-Kampong Cham: Some residents have been forced to abandon their homes for temporary shelter because of floodwater during this month. The water levels on Mekong river from Kratie to Kampong Cham province reportedly is rising slightly on 18th September 2011. Water level in Kratie has arisen to 21.6m on 20th September 2011 and it's almost reached the emergency alert at 22m. Some people have faced food shortage and drinking water for their daily life.  



 Cows were moved to stay on road

















 Houses and crops have been affected and demolished by flood






 Kampong Cham Town has been faced by pending flood if water is not subsided.

Job Description

Developing 5-year HACC Strategic Plan 2011-2015
(Deadline Extension)


Background

The HIV/AIDS Coordinating Committee (HACC) is a network of 120 local and international civil society organizations (CSO) working on HIV/AIDS and related health and social issues in Cambodia.  Established in 1993 as a forum to enhance information and experience sharing, HACC has over 17 years coordination, information sharing, advocacy and awareness-raising experience. A representative and voice for members at national technical working groups, as well as in policy and strategy forums, HACC has played a key role in ensuring a coordinated, effective and sustainable national response to HIV and AIDS.

HACC’s 5-years Strategic Plan for 2006-2010 has ended and a new 5-year strategic plan is needed to steer the work of the organization. A consultant is required to develop HACC’s Strategic and Operational Plan (2011–2015) including a monitoring and evaluation (M&E) framework and to cost the plan for the five years. The plan will guide the work of HACC and enable the organization to coordinate the contributions of civil society organizations more efficiently and effectively to the national response to HIV and AIDS in Cambodia.

Duties and Responsibilities:

-          Conduct desk review of programme documents and related documentation 
-          Develop methodology and timeframe for the development of the 5-year costed 
   strategic and operational plan and of the M&E framework
-          Conduct interviews with key stakeholders including government, development
           partners and NGOs
-          Organize a one-day consultative meeting among NGOs and stakeholders 
           to gather ideas and suggestions including through conducting 
   a SWOT analysis
-          Draft the 5-year strategic and operational plan including the M&E framework
-          Cost the 5-year strategic and operational plan
-          Circulate the costed strategic and operational plans and M&E framework to 
           members and key stakeholders for comments and suggestions
-          Incorporate the comments and suggestions and finalise the costed strategic 
     and operational plan and M&E framework

Output:

-          A costed 5-year strategic and operational plan including an M&E framework.
-          An one-day consultative workshop among CSO and stakeholders 
     to get feedback on draft plan

Qualifications and Experience:

-          Post graduate degree in public health, social sciences or other relevant field
-          Relevant experience with programming, strategic planning and M&E
-          A good understanding of the HIV/AIDS or health sector and of
   the non-governmental environment in Cambodia
-          Excellent interpersonal, communication, facilitation and writing skills 
-          Very good proficiency in oral and written English; proficiency in Khmer an asset

Duration of contract: 40 days to start as soon as possible

Type of contract: All inclusive lump-sum remuneration based on deliverables
